I have found a few wonderful communities of writers, both for poetry and for fiction, that challenge me daily to learn and grow. Peer feedback is invaluable before editing drafts and I am eternally grateful to have trusted voices to rely upon. However, reading a variety of material often is also a requisite for learning and growth and I devour the written word as if I had been starved of it my entire life.
